Tony was the best owner ever. The location was particularly good near to bus stop, and had everything you needed.

They offer a microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators available in kitchen. The host, Tony, makes you feel at home.

Wanted to see Edinburgh popular places and this apartment was brilliant place for exploring most of them. The kitchen had a microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators etc...

I stayed there for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The apartment was spacious and well equipped with central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card. There was a bath in the private bathroom. Everything was simply perfect.

Super clean and very posh interior! Loved the coffee machine and the extra amenities provided by the host. The location was also great, with easy access to all the attractions.

The living room was quite small, not ideal for a group of 4. , there were only stemmed glasses available, no tumblers for drinks.

This place offers amazing value and I totally recommend it; you'll receive a warm welcome from the host and the setting and views of the garden are great, plus it's nestled very close to Holyrood House.

The exterior of the building is in need of some work, which is beyond the control of the proprietor. However, once inside the apartment, it is well-maintained and comfortable.

Great flat on 2 levels. Comfy beds. Spotlessly clean. Easy walk to city centre. On-street parking. Nice coffee shops nearby. Well-equipped flat. Shower upstairs, bath en-suite, another toilet downstairs. Tea/coffee and UHT milk sachets. Small supermarket nearby. Would recommend. 👍

The apartment was super clean with a posh interior and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was extremely helpful, especially when we had trouble finding the parking garage. The location was central and easily accessible to all the attractions. We even got to enjoy coffee from the coffee machine and were pleasantly surprised to have shower gels, shampoos, and access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place.

I recently stayed at a lovely spacious apartment in Edinburgh for a few nights. The apartment was well equipped with toiletries, a kitchen, and good quality towels and bedding. There was free parking available both in the garage and on the street. The apartment was easy to find and access, and it was only a 20-minute walk to Holyrood House. The block was quiet, easily accessible, and the apartment was super warm, clean, and comfortable. There was also plenty of storage space.

I can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
